ThinkSecret reports that Real is now testing the RealPlayer for OS X. The article states that no public preview will be released, but that Mac users can expect a release “somtime this year”.

CreativeMac has a review of Flaming Pear’s Super Blade Pro plugin, which is now OS X native. While the OS X version isn’t as fast or robust as the OS 9 version, CreativeMac still gives it a “must buy” label, due in part to it’s high quality output, and low, $30 price.

If you love Navigator/Chimera (like we do), the Cocoa front end to the Mozilla browser, you may want to jump on over to their website and download the newest build, 0.28, which includes autocomplete, a Go menu, Bookmarks with icons (in the menu bar and personal toolbar), downloads that will now at least show progress, a security indicator, and plugin fixes.
